If you install the download client and get a message that says Missing dll api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll this is caused by a missing Windows update. Most automation systems have auto update turned off and for good reason. To fix this issue please go and install the manual update for the dll.
*Note this issue typically only occurs on Windows 7 machines.
