We recommend an FTP utility to grab your files, if your automation system does not already have one built in. There are several free FTP programs, but here are two, both are free!
Core FTP (Very easy to use and setup)
WinSCP (free, but requires some knowledge of scripting. This program will enable you to schedule the downloads and even rename files)
Alternatively you can use Windows File Explorer to type in the server address.
After you receive your access credentials, put the information contained in the email in your FTP program (server address, username, and password). The port will always be 21.
